Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges or store credit only. We do not offer returns.
Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery (based on courier tracking scan).
Conditions
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused + unaltered
• Tags + original packaging must be intact
• Only one exchange is allowed per order
• Cross-category exchanges are allowed (subject to stock + price difference)
• All items undergo QC once they reach us
Exchange Fee + Pickup
A ₹250 exchange fee applies to cover shipping + handling.
We arrange the return pickup for you — once your request + fee is confirmed.
Pickup usually happens within 2-4 days.
Exchange Flow (Simple)
1. Go to our Exchange Portal
2. Submit your request + select your new size / shade / product
3. Pay the ₹250 exchange fee
4. A pickup will be auto-assigned
5. After we receive & approve the returned piece via QC, your replacement dispatches within 24-72 hours
Store Credit Option
If the product/size you want is out of stock — or you’d prefer flexibility — you can choose Store
Credit instead of direct exchange.
Store credit will be issued after your returned item passes QC.
Defective / Wrong Product
If you received a defective / damaged / wrong product:

• Send clear images + videos as proof
Once verified, the exchange will be done at no extra cost.
If no defect is found after QC, you will need to pay the ₹250 fee to receive the item back.
Refunds + Cancellations
We do not offer refunds (unless the item is defective).
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
If cancelled within that window, your refund will be processed instantly and initiated to the original payment method - usually within a few hours (max 24 hours).
We never hold customers' money unnecessarily.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Cash on Delivery(COD)
Cash on Delivery is currently available.
To ensure secure processing and minimise return-to-origin losses, all COD orders require mandatory order confirmation via phone call. Our team will attempt to contact the customer up to three times. If the call is not answered or the order is not confirmed, the COD order will be automatically cancelled.
COD Shipping Fee: ₹250
Please ensure the mobile number provided at checkout is accurate and active. Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched.
Once confirmed, COD orders will be processed and shipped as per standard timelines.
